Case Study - Large Mortgage with Small Accounts

We were approached by a client who needed a regular mortgage to repay bridging finance.  The client was a serial entrepreneur with a very successful track record but all of their current companies had only be trading just over 1 year.  Although there are lenders that specialise in working with clients that only have 1 years worth of accounts, some aren’t accommodating across multiple companies and virtually all of them charge a premium on the interest rate.
